On this site, FRANCE KEREAUZEN will benefit from all infrastructures, industrial processes and know-how available in the area, which will foster its development \u2014particularly through the re-use of existing oil infrastructure to transport SAF to airports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Multiple benefits for the region<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FRANCE KEREAUZEN is fully aligned with the dynamics of the Le Havre area, a major industrial basin and pioneer in decarbonization and energy transition. The project has been awarded the \u201cLe Havre, Ville portuaire intelligente\u201d label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENGIE is determined to contribute to the reindustrialization of the area: FRANCE KEREAUZEN will provide over 100 direct jobs. It is in close contact with elected representatives, training organizations and universities to ensure that local job supply and demand are matched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENGIE is also keen to develop long-term partnerships and exchanges with a wide range of local players. First and foremost, energy exchanges (hydrogen, waste heat) and the recovery of significant quantities of CO\u2082 from industrial players in Le Havre and along the Seine Axis form the foundation of the project\u2019s circular economy approach.
